At Twang Sparkle, we take pride in crafting many of our items in-house upon order placement, ensuring quality and customization. Typically, orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Please note that personalized or engraved items may require additional processing time.

Carrier and Delivery Method:
We primarily use UPS Parcel for shipping. Your shipment will be handled by UPS for the majority of its journey and then transferred to your local USPS for final delivery. Most packages are left in or at your mailbox, not at your door. For expedited shipping (additional fee applies), we utilize FedEx, which is typically delivered to your door.

Estimated Delivery Time:
All orders are shipped from our facility in the USA. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • USA: 2-5 days (Excluding Sundays)
  • USA Priority: 1-2 days (Excluding Sundays) (Shopify Only)
  • Canada: 5-10 business days
  • Europe/International (UPS): 5-12 business days (Excluding Greenland, longer transit time.)
  • Europe/International Priority (Shopify Stores Only, FedEx): 4-6 business days
    Available for the following countries: Germany, United Kingdom, France, Sweden, Netherlands, Australia, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Austria, Norway, Switzerland, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Italy, New Zealand, Czech Republic, Mexico, and Greenland. (Greenland transit time about 15 days)
  • Rest of the World: Within 5-20 business days

Order Tracking:
If you haven't received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@twangsparkle.com with your order number from the confirmation email and we'll assist you in tracking down your order.

While we endeavor to facilitate smooth and swift delivery, please be aware that customs fees or taxes may apply, especially for international orders. It's advisable to check with your country's tax authority for guidance on any fees applicable to items shipped from the USA. Any customs charges incurred are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping insurance is available for purchase at checkout. Provided by Twang Sparkle, it offers coverage in case of loss, theft, or damage during transit. To initiate a claim, please reach out to our support team.

Cancellation & Exchanges:

Cancellation or Order Changes:
We strive to begin production promptly upon order placement. Depending on the status of your order, cancellation may be possible if production has not commenced. Please contact our support team to inquire about changes or cancellation and provide the reason for your request.

Damaged/Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team promptly, including a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out as soon as possible. Please refrain from returning items without prior authorization from our support team.

Returns:
While we hope you'll love your purchase, if you have concerns or wish to return an item, please contact our support team within 60 days of purchase for assistance. Please note that personalized items may be subject to a deduction from the refund amount due to restocking limitations. Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.

Discrepancy from Online Listing:
If your item appears different from the online listing, please contact our support team with a few photos and your order ID for review. We make every effort to accurately represent our products, though rare discrepancies may occur.
