When will you ship my items?
All orders undergo a handling period before shipment, typically 1 - 2 business days. Please note that during peak seasons such as holidays, this time may extend. Most orders leave our production warehouse within 2-5 days (Excluding Sundays) after payment confirmation. You'll receive email notifications for both processing and shipment. Orders may be canceled if not yet processed and shipped. Once processed, cancellations are not possible.
Please ensure accurate shipping details. Twang Sparkle cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. Any additional shipping fees incurred due to incorrect addresses will be the buyer's responsibility.
International shipments may incur import/customs taxes, for which the buyer is solely responsible. Twang Sparkle will not be liable for customs taxes.
When will my items arrive?
We primarily ship via UPS, so most orders should arrive within 7-10 business days within the United States, excluding international deliveries which vary by country.
Where are my items coming from?
Most items are shipped from our primary warehouse and production facility located in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, we ship to all countries in North America, Europe, and Asia. Please note that shipping times may vary for international deliveries.
